Project work and research on: assessing language competences (language exams, elaboration of exam preparation material), analysis of the relationship between language competences and sociolinguistic and psychosociological factors (using qualitative and quantitative methods; pupils with and without migrational background), pedagogical lexicography (electronic dictionaries for language learners).
Sound experience in international project management, participation in numerous EU-projects.
Publication of several articles in national and international publications.

Role in the project team: bring in expertise and experiences gained through the analysis of the linguistic integration and development of pupils with a migrational background living in a multilingual region such as South Tyrol as well as the analysis of teaching methods which are able to deal with heterogeneity.
